Students can prepare for a range of career opportunities in event planning, media, advertising, public relations, publishing, and marketing.  Students learn and utilize business principles and functions and develop oral and written presentations using information technologies, video, photography and graphics.  The program provides graduates with the knowledge, skills, critical-thinking ability, and technological competence essential to communication and marketing to a variety of publics.
